It reminds me with "clue 1985", the idea that : 1- murder happens in the inviter palace. 2- the first victim will not be dead then die. 3- palace has secret doors.
Train scenes remind me with "murder in orient express".
Acting of the main star is weak, others are ok

Wanted to give it a 6 but just couldn’t do it!!!!
The storyline is okay almost good, sadly everything else is just that, OKAY but not good……
Camera work is off, the editing is anything but smooth and chops all over the place.
the actor’s where given their stereotypical characters to play and that’s what they did, played them very stereotypically…..
The whole thing just comes off as a movie made for tv and no one involved seems to be at the top of their game, just passable.
At the end of the day it’s okay, it’s a Sunday afternoon movie, but if remade in the future it could be a suspenseful murder thriller worth watching a few times….

I'll be honest. It's the directing more than the acting in the writing that really made this movie suffer. The story was serviceable. enjoyable even. Misha Burton is adorable. The twist were pretty satisfying. but they're just small touches all the way through it. that just kept disorienting you. The camera didn't seem to know which way to go. the actors had odd moments which really needed to be reined in. a more firm hand would have been marvelous

Channel 5 had the cheek to trail their Agatha Christie content in the ad breaks of this. It's a blatant attempt to rip her off, except even the worst Christie adaptation craps all over this. Poor story, bad accents and impossible technology. Some great performances from A list actors could possibly have lifted this a few notches...

The mystery is ok, trying for something in the style of Agatha Christie. Not groundbreaking, but not really bad. But the whole movie feels cheap, like something made just for TV or straight to DVD (which this maybe is, not sure). The acting also just felt off most of the time.

Probably one of the most mind numbingly boring movies I've ever watched. Think of an Agatha Christie movie and this is a carbon copy. In fact it IS an Agatha Christie movie i just don't know which one. Nothing remotely original. Skip it.

Misha Barton has porked out so much I didn't recognize her until I saw her name in the closing credits. She's also the bossy and most annoying person in the movie.
