Great animation, good plot idea but that mafia-league thing with families and made men is killing it for me. Still, fun and entertaining enough.

Expected better. Always loved the "good earth" vs "evil earth" and expected more of the plot itself. Yet it was enjoyable. Also it would be genius if the League heroes and the Syndicate villains had the same voices, since they are counterparts.

As my third watch in the giant Animated DC bundle, I thought this one was pretty average. I had seen it come up as one people love and would like to see in a live action adaptation someday, but this particular view was fine. Good, not great.

It's a good film, with an interesting concept, however, it has some strange parts, such as the idea of creating a bomb that could destroy the planet and using it to blackmail the government in search of more power, without taking into account that the Using the bomb would also destroy everything. The idea that the Earth is the center of the universe may also seem somewhat antiquated.

Despite these aspects, the film is still good, with interesting and exciting moments.

It's interesting that, at the end, [spoiler]Batman deliberately kills two people.[/spoiler] You don't see that very often.

For a while there, I was buying every straight to DVD movie that DC put out. Some were great, some were terrible, and some were really average like this one. From the start, I know I'm not going to be super into it just because it isn't a Batman specific movie.

Overall, this is a good watch. The whole team is well represented and has a good crisis on their hands. I really like the concept of a parallel universe, and how it might be different. However, I don't really think a lot of the characters on the other side are super interesting. Most just are slightly different versions, but Owlman is the exception. He shows how slight a impact would make on Batman, putting him into a different goal, but with the same personality.

If you're into superheroes, you'll probably enjoy at least one watch of this. At the very least, there is that whole mind reading sex scene.

I finally watched this movie.. It was below average I was a lil disappointed in this one.. But DC consistently deliver
