one of the best telugu cinema has to offer. the title 'kanche' means fence. the movie draws parallels between the world war 2 and the happenings in a small village in India at the time, by the invisible fences that some people with power put up around them to feel superior to others. although not a major part, but this one even shows the efforts and involvement of India during the war.
