This film is so adorable. The dogs in it are really cute, and I love the fact that they trained rescue dogs to play the roles. It's a bit jarring seeing no reference to racism in the 1910s period setting though. They could have done something very interesting there, given that Lady's owners are a mixed race couple. And speaking of her owners, once they have the baby they kind of overplay their negligence towards her. I mean they don't even take the poor dog for a walk!

I know they make a point in the screenplay of them apologising to Lady for their poor post-baby treatment, but it still doesn't sit right for me. Especially when the story ends with them adopting Tramp. This couple are clearly not fit to own a dog.

Overall though, it's a fun addition to the Disney Plus exclusive content and definitely one you should watch if you're a dog lover like me.
