For those not up on your Movie Lore, Last Man Standing is a modern remake of the 1964 Clint Eastwood classic _A Fistful of Dollars_, which of course is a remake of the original 1961 Akira Kurosawa's Japanese classic _Yojimbo_. Yes, Spaghetti Westerns come from Japan. The unknown stranger, who also is somewhat nameless, rolls into a small Texas town run by two warring families (Irish and Italian) as they fight over the rights to traffic illegal wares. Willis' character sees the opportunity to play both sides against each other while making a profit at it along the way. So, he begins to jump back and forth between the two mobs as he works for one or the other, thinning the herds of both families at the same time. The only thing that is missing is the soundtrack from Ennio Morricone and you could almost have a perfect recreation of the first of the _Man with No Name_ trilogy.
