This was overwhelmingly boring. There was definitely minimal effort put into writing this.

Finally a nice movie on Netflix again. Enjoyable, but the plot was a little bit to clear.

I'm honestly surprised I enjoyed this. I didn't choose to watch it (my wife, who fell asleep 5 min after it started, did). I often watch movies that are hard to understand and that challenge me. But maybe the reason I liked it was exactly because of that. It was just pleasant. It was simple, didn't require constant attention, and was the perfect end to a long workday where all I did was think myself to exhaustion.

Can't say I'll be intentionally returning to movies like this, but hey, I had enjoyed myself.

From Netflix comes the cheesy, painfully formulaic rom-com Love, Guaranteed. After going on nearly one thousand dates without finding love Nick Evans hires a lawyer to sue his dating website, but soon finds himself falling for her. Rachael Leigh Cook and Damon Wayans Jr. have good chemistry, but the script is incredibly bad with some borderline offensive stereotypes. And while some of the comedy works, most of it is silly goofball humor that’s telegraphed from the start. Also, the film looks rather low-budget. It has some cute moments and delivers a few laughs, but Love, Guaranteed is straight-to-video schlock.

very cheesy and predictable. I watched for Rachel Leigh Cook and that was not a good reason. the acting was mediocre at best.

Except we totally did. We did a romantic movie roulette on Netflix for Valentine's day and ended up with this. It is very predictable and my fiancé thought it was cute. I will leave it at that.

Another so typical rom-com from Netflix, exact stuff on every movie with no surprises. Well the surprise here is that it is an actual cute and entertaining movie. Rachael is gorgeous I haven't seen her before (although googling her seams that she plays in a lot of these type of movies, hallmark style), really pretty and made a nice chemistry with Damon. Nice story, cute execution and a few good laughs here and there. Netflix did good here

Surprisingly not awful. Sure, it was predictable and faintly ridiculous. But with a likable cast and a sprinkle of humorous moments, it passed the time nicely.

Don't expect a masterpiece because it's not. You know the plot before you start watching, and that's okay, because this is the kind of movie you watch when you're scrolling through Netflix at night after a long day, looking for something simple and lighthearted to watch before you fall asleep. And we need those movies too.

Five minutes in and I knew the ending... everything in the end.
A typical Hollywood movie without one original idea.

Predicable "romantic" film, minus the comedy part - you could tell where they were trying to be funny without them having to put "laugh here" on the screen, but it was completely flat without any funny moments.

It's not the worst movie you'll ever watch, but if there's nothing else on, then keep your expectations low and you'll survive it.

Very very very cliché... but did I love it? Yes. Did I cry during the very predictable ending? Also yes.
This story follows Susan, workaholic, slightly quirky (the car... please), lovable girl who meets her latest client Nick (an obvious catch but has to have some tragic past because why the hell would HE be single? The man is basically a saint). The two begin with mild irritation and anyone can spot from miles and miles away that the two will inevitably fall in love.
It's so very cliché and it does give me the feeling of having watched it a million times before HOWEVER I am a sucker for the stereotypical rom-com so if you are like me you'll enjoy it.
It's good. Not the best. Good.

I was enjoying it, until the cringey ending. Like, I don't know why I expected anything different; it's a cheesy rom-com. Of course that's how it was going to go. But for some reason I was holding out hope that they'd follow through with the lawsuit and win. Instead they just throw it all away.
