This movie is a great example that the best stories are written by LIFE itself!
It may look like a simple action movie, but this is nothing to watch together with Popcorn or Pizza!

Gerald Butler delivered a stunning performance - and I am surprised that he didn't get multiple awards for this.

I think it's phenomenal how the two worlds (Pennsylvania & Sudan) were portrayed - on one side wealth & on the other side suffering.
I loved the scene were the camera takes a slow swing over the cooling shelf (in a supermarket) and then skip to Africa showing death and destruction - if that doesn't get you thinking... I don't know.

To me it is unbelievable this is based on a true story!
It is moving, but also shocking - it has very little good funny moments, but is also engaging & dead serious.

"Machine Gun Preacher" is one of only a few screenings that left me speechless & easily is in my top 50.

This should be an inspiration for us all.

Epic movie! I was looking forward to this one for a while & it did not disappoint it lived up to my expectations & exceeded them. I would recommend this movie to anyone.

Be sure to watch the credits of the movie. Its awesome to watch the real deal.
