Neeson gives a commanding performance, and the background behind this film is certainly compelling. However, i feel the film is only partially successful in bringing the story to the screen. There seemed to be narrative plot holes that left me a little confused at times, and while my own research can fill in the blanks, I wish there was more clarity in the film. Still, it's a timely story, considering the Presidential Fart currently sitting in the White House. Perhaps we need another Deep Throat to uncover what is going on behind the closed doors of the Oval Office.

The current president embodies the absolute worst of all human charecteristics. He has debased and cheapened the presidency and all that we cherish and hold dear in our democracy. I really hope he and his cronies pay a heavy price in court.

@frakman1 thankfully he is on his way out - hopefully without fuss, but knowing him, I'm sure he won't go quietly! Praying for justice!

It's a political thriller with no thrills and Liam Neeson looking a bit like Papa Smurf with his weirdly blue hair.

I still don't think I've understood everything that happened at Watergate and the fall-out thereafter. Not my country, not my time. I know of it of course but I don't think I ever heard the name Mark Felt. So, I can't rate this movie on his historical accuracy. I am a Neeson fan and I think his performance was OK. Production is good, it looks right. I'd say it is a good movie for one watch, it kept me interested from start to finish.
