This was a fun little bit of retconning. The 2008 Incredible Hulk post-credits scene was originally intended to continue the setup of the Avengers being formed to go after the Hulk (which was actually a plot line from the original Avengers comics in the 1960's--in fact, the Avengers chasing the Hulk was how they discovered frozen Captain America in the comics). But once the story for 2012's Avengers became the invasion of New York by aliens they needed to explain why the heck Tony Stark would show up to talk to Ross at all, let alone in a bar. So like I said, a fun bit of retconning.

These One Shots are really fan bait. Often understated, single concept and great character pieces, these are delightful. I give this short film a 7 (delightful) out of 10. [Marvel Segue]

Acting feels very stilted and a bit corny, but its a fun way to recontextualize the post credits scene from the mcu hulk movie.

[6.8/10] A little awkwardly tied around the post-credit scene of *The Incredible Hulk*, but still a fun trifle of an interstitial piece.

The story told was interesting, but the writing was predictable, the cinematography was poor, and it doesn't really work all too well without additional footage from the bar scene. This movie breaks the "show, don't tell" rule like a naughty kid who's trying to get in trouble.

Features in Disney+'s 'Marvel Cinematic Universe In Timeline Order' yet The Hulk (of whom this story revolves) doesn't make his enterance until The Avengers.
In addition to this, it's shit and pointless..

@paulrobson666-duck-com theres actually a hulk movie that wasnt on d+ at the time due to.liscening issues, but is canon. The scene between Stark and Ross is actually the post-credits scene from that movie, not new footage. This short is meant to recontextualize that scene in preperation for The Avengers. See Andys comment thats top voted here to explain
