Agents J and K are back...in time. J has seen some inexplicable things in his 15 years with the Men in Black, but nothing, not even aliens, perplexes him as much as his wry, reticent partner. But when K's life and the fate of the planet are put at stake, Agent J will have to travel back in time to put things right. J discovers that there are secrets to the universe that K never told him - secrets that will reveal themselves as he teams up with the young Agent K to save his partner, the agency, and the future of humankind.

Wow. That was not what i expected: The movie was actually much MUCH better than the second one and on one Level with the first one. Especially Josh Brolin as the "Young K" the perfect casted K. Overall a good MIB. 7/10

Much better than MIB2, not as good as the original. MX23 put it nicely, but it still needs to be said... many of the criticisms and comparisons being made with regards to this film and the original are coming from people who I think hold the original film much higher than it really deserves to be held.

Is it just me that thought Jermaine Clement was phenomenal as the villain? He was one of the best things about this movie. :D

"Men in Black 3" marks a triumphant return to the franchise, coming 15 years after the original and 10 years after the sequel.
Surprisingly, it surpasses the charm of the first installment.

Well it took ten years to try and recalibrate this franchise after the disappointing sequel, and to be fair - they have at least had a think about the story before rehashing the theme of the detective agency charged with policing the earth of our visiting friends from planets far away. Despite their popularity, the first two MIB films, from the turn of the century, are films I don't really like to watch. The first movie, from 1997, is still worth it, but the second one was so bad that they had to wait more than ten years More
