This is not about Androids. This is about motherhood and fatherhood.

I liked the idea behind it but definitely not much work put into it and felt like it was rushed and cheap and not much happened and acting from the cast was average and could of been better.

I had low expectations of this movie.. and it didn't quite reach them.

The Android part of the title could easily have been exchanged for zombie (hope I didn't give anyone and idea to make a remake in zombie form).

I'm not giving away the plot... but I have no idea why Korea is the only place on earth these androids are not present and it's safe to travel there, but that's the whole reason for this film - get to Boston and leave for Korea. In the meantime SHE does what she wants and he follows around like a lost puppy.

The 'romance' or 'chemistry' between them is non-existent - so you wonder how they managed to spend any time intimately in order to procreate. I've seen more people looking lovingly at a slice of pizza than these two at any time in this movie.

I'm being overly generous and giving it a 4.5/10

They clearly had the ending/boat scene planned out from the beginning and everything else was an afterthought at best. I won’t even go into the gaping plot holes, since nobody writing this script cared about those parts of the story anyway. Could have been a great 10 min short story instead of a terrible feature length slog.

How is it that a small base in the middle of the forest has methods to check if they are letting a human or an android into their base? [spoiler] Yet the big base in Boston that even has an EMP available just brings anyone in? [/spoiler]

This lapse in thinking through their story points basically makes the climax of the movie, and everything thereafter, null and void.

Disappointingly dull. The story is weak too and not worth investing in.

Two hours of my Life was STOLEN by this movie.

this movie was marketed to the wrong audience, i wanted robots and not an annoying man, a loud baby and a mother without her own opinions. i hated it :)

OMG! the boyfriend was totally useless. lmbo. Movie drag on. Boring. But i made it to the end.

Not what I was expecting.... but that not a bad thing. It not going to win any Oscars or any award for that matter and its not something you haven't seen before, but it is entertaining and it makes you think about the sacrifices you would make for your children.

the more I think about this the more I'm annoyed bc why would you make androids who we're supposed to believe are super smart and then be like "yeah but they just act like zombies 99% of the time" they literally can manipulate humans, strategize, etc. but they just...don't and destroy the world?? like ok.. zombies have better motivation at least we know they're doing it because they're hungry and primal

anyway, I can't help but think that a movie from arthur's perspective might have actually been a genuinely good thriller

boring AF i tried to watch the whole movie but could'nt the script is boring and you don't really see the android it's just about two people having a familly in the woods. doesn't make sens as the movie is about android

Way better than I expected it to be. Much more The Road than The 5th Wave. The last act is at bit unevenly paced, first rushed, then drawn out. But overall it's just an enjoyable, if sometimes painful, well-made film. I don't know why the score is so low, maybe people expected something flashier and more action-oriented, that's not this movie.

Could of been better, by filming it all in color not in black and white filter. storyline not great, very sad. very sad

Good tension but weak on story logic. This was really just a vehicle for Chloë Grace Moretz to showcase her talent. The tension kept me til the end so I’m giving this movie a 6 (fair) out of 10. [Apolocalyptic Thriller]

If you are tired of watching Christmas movies for the past three months and want something different, then this is the movie to watch. Do not expect much nothing special.
