[FICX'21] Deep lesson on how to educate young people of different cultural origins that is honestly narrated, and that addresses deep issues about our society such as immigration, cultural diversity or the relationship with the historical past. It shows small stories that have universal readings, that build a microcosm of society inside the classroom of a German school. That is the great value of the film.

Wow. At the beginning, I never imagined sitting through a more-than-3 hour documentary and enjoying every minute. (We watched over two evenings.) This unbelievable work is like watching the world's kindest, most loving and warm grandpa help a rag-tag collection of immigrants adopt to a new language, More
