I have to admit that I didn't follow all of the conversation in regards to math and faith. I think I got what they were saying and at times it seemed like the debates went on needlessly. What I found really interesting about this movie is that despite all of the intellectual banter between the two leads the movie ultimately boiled down to fairly childish interactions between them when it came to their emotions. Also, the female lead has unbelievable charisma. I really enjoyed every scene that she was in. follow me at https://IHATEBadMovies.com or facebook IHATEBadMovies

First half was boring. Second half was ok. Barely. I don't get what made it worthy of an oscar nomination...

The most intellectual script, Maud's character is very interesting even though she had very little to work with

In some ways, Pascal's wager is irrelevant: faith eludes quantification by probability.
