Better than most of the movies that have macho action stars in kid movies. Since My Spy is surprisingly entertaining. It is not laugh loud funny but it’s charming. Though it doesn’t work that he lets her bribe him by saying she will tell the mom he is a spy otherwise. Then he tells a whole class and the parents he is a spy.

For some reason, I wasn't charmed. The concept is not new, but I feel like there was no chemistry between the characters. Or maybe it's their acting? Idk. But it's nice to see Batista's face without the full make up on.

Boring, unfunny, poorly written and lackluster acting. Even as a family/kids movie, there are many better films out there.

To me, this is an old fashioned comedy action movie. Think Schwarzenegger teamed up with children. The dialogue is witty and the film is fit for the entire family to watch together.
