Not has entertaining or funny has Vacation or Christmas Vacation but still give off a good sense of humour at times and loved Erlc idle's small role and shame he didn't get much screen time. The film definitely could of been better but it was still a alright film and i enjoyed it.

Not nearly as funny as the original, but it’s still got a lot of laughs! I don’t think we’ve ever entered a roundabout without saying “kids, Big Ben….Parliament!” Haha I will say though that the actors casted as the kids are just not good.

While it doesn't quite measure up to the original _Vacation_ movie, the film still manages to deliver some laughs and memorable moments. Chevy Chase and Beverly D'Angelo reprise their roles as Clark and Ellen, and their chemistry remains as charming as ever. The movie's satirical take on European stereotypes and cultural quirks also provides some amusing insights. While it may not be as iconic as the first movie, it's still worth a watch for fans of the franchise or anyone looking for a light-hearted comedy with a touch of cultural commentary.

This one has its moments, but a lot of the magic that oozed from the original is missing. I chalk that up to an increase in slapstick and zany situations, plus an almost total withdrawal from the quieter character moments that grounded the family's first vacation. While the original film definitely had its silly tendencies, it also seemed to know when to tighten the reins and slow down a bit. The European chapter, on the other hand, is content to keep plowing straight ahead, often leaping well beyond the limits of belief.

There are definitely some rich laughs to be had, particularly when Clark participates in a traditional Octoberfest dance or a French waiter speaks his mind via subtitle, but my favorite bits always involve the family's personalities ricocheting off of each other and, this time, that takes a clear back seat to the puns and sight gags.

This movie is beyond terrible. I just rewatched the first one and was so happy to find it was even more hilarious than I remember. I loved it so much I fired this one up. OOF OOF OOF. I was actually skipping ahead ten seconds every once in awhile. So terrible. Saving grace is total babe and hilarious and gifted Beverly D'Angelo. She is the best. Thank god this was a success at the box office to merit the next one, Christmas Vacation, one of the best movies ever made.

Such a lame sequel. Easily the worst of the series. Most of the jokes are corny and fall flat. The new kids are annoying and unlikable. And the fish-out-of-water antics are so cliche and poorly handled. Weak. Sauce.
