This movie was literally a pansexual apocalypse. OMG. Ugh, I don’t know why but Gregg Araki is literally the best, perfect fucking trash. Love him! I cannot put into words how mind blowing his vision in cinema is to me. So pointless yet so chaotically beautiful, and fashionably, aesthetically amazing. ^_^

Nowhere is plotless; it’s really about nothing. However, a lot of bizarre shit still happens. So many characters with so many story lines. Though, it all just ties down to representations of drugs; adrenaline rushes; suicide; rape; alcohol abuse; and specifically youth struggling in a dull ass world or legitimately nowhereee as they fuck and explore the meaning of love and sexuality. Ohhh, + weird lizard aliens that abduct. Like??? Idk this film is just a bunch of chaos and adrenaline rush. Is it a dream? Is it not a dream?

I personally shockingly adored this film, thought I kinda hate that I do because it’s just thAT bad yet? So good!! If you wanna watch Nowhere ... picture it as a blend of Donnie Darko, Requiem for a Dream and Kids. You’re probably gonna watch it thinking you’re having a really bad acid trip. Maybe it’s meant to be watched on acid? Hmm ...
