Once upon a time in Venezuela, it shows the reality of the country. Divided by politics, short of resources, looking for a way to survive, some remain, others leave to the point that several of their areas become ghost places. What was once a gold mine is now simply a memory.

[Huelva FF] Through a micro-universe of a town that is on the verge of disappearance due to the inaction of politicians, the film shows a pessimistic vision of Venezuela. This film brings together in a small place all the evils of a rotten system (vote buying, broken promises...). But the film also presents, thanks to John Márquez's cinematography, beautiful images of poverty, symbols of nature demanding its space.

Bullshit propaganda piece of crap. All I hear on the news is these people are starving I never seen a bigger group of fat fucks in my life. America needs to stay out of the business of other countries.
