With a different cast, this premise could make up for a nice thriller. However, this isn't Capricorn One, and I couldn't shake my sense of disbelief: the cameras and tape recorders they show on frame, are all from different ages (the wrong ones), so is the clothing, vehicles, and the vocabulary is American-contemporary. There are a few sequences that are good, and made me keep watching, but the ending is a complete letdown. One tidbit: the front projection screen technique wasn't first used or developed by Stanley Kubrick. It has been around since 1949 and it was extensively used in the early 60's, so it's unlikely that bright film students (as the protagonist are meant to be) that love international cinema wouldn't be aware of it.

Hah, loved it. Quite a refreshing take on the mocumentary genre if you can even call it that, just don't take it seriously in any way and have fun with it. :D

So it's a mockumentary. It has a clever variation on the Moon Landing conspiracies. It crafts a decent storyline. It poses the main players as idiots to a certain degree and doesn't fully execute on its promise.

A valid attempt that with a bigger budget and a more seasoned cast could have produced something to rival Capricorn One perhaps.

7/10 - largely for the attempt and the concept.

This mockumentary begins with a comic tone and then turns into something far more sinister. Not entirely successful, but certainly an innovative way to recount a familiar tale.

Clever idea well executed. Fans of the found footage genre will especially appreciate this.

Fifteen minutes was about all I could bear. No matter what this was intended to be, the way it is shot is nerving and absolutely not my kind of movie.

Love these guys. I watched the Dirties last week and it was great and I came to this expecting to find an interesting and entertaining found footage mocumentary and am very surprised to see how much thought and detail went into this movie. They do an awesome job of pulling you into the 60's and even though it's all complete nonsense they're great at selling the story and their characters. I'll watch this again and I hope to see another movie from them in the future. Great job
