Budding comic book artist Yu Shu finds himself living out the fantasies of his alternate world when he saves a young girl from an illegal prostitution racket. Operation Scorpio is a mixed bag. On the one hand, the martial arts are both exciting and fun. On the other, the story is bland and unengaging. Fun enough if you like martial arts, but not really a film you need to seek out unless you want to find out what Eel Kung Fu is like.
