this one is close to perfect like the 1st one, not so much like the second that i found to be weaker. Love it or hate it, this "franchising" is the scariest thing we had in decades... and that´s a fact.

THIS WAS ABSOLUTELY FRICKING FANTASTIC AWESOME AMAZING AND CLOSE TO A PERFECT MOVIE AS CAN BE. THIS COULD DEFINITELY BE THE BEST SO FAR, DEFINITELY WAY BETTER THAN THE BORING STRETCHED OUT 2nd INSTALLMENT, WITH ALL IT'S PACING PROBLEMS.
THIS ONE WAS JUST SO MUCH MORE INTERESTING WITH LIKEABLE CHARACTERS AGAIN AND SO MUCH GOING OFF TO SEE, IT'S AWESOME,
AND THIS FRANCHISE HAS DEFINITELY GOT IT'S GROOVE BACK AND I'M READY FOR ANOTHER AWESOME AMAZING INSTALLMENT OF THIS FANTASTIC MUCH LOVED FRANCHISE.

The kids are brilliant. Probably the best one yet. And that house is ridiculously awesome.

I wanted to be scared, a few moments were there but all in all it was a bit too boring in between.

Paranormal Activity 3 is a faithful continuation of the series, delivering all the expected horrors and more. Colour me surprised. This one was better than the second, and I enjoyed it more than the first one. The atmosphere of “Paranormal Activity 3” is similar to the first film, and the larger cast delivers respectable performances. The scares might not be as effective as they once were since the same formula is becoming stale, but a handful of fresh ideas were good enough to compensate for it. The plot isn't the franchise's strong suit, but we get a little more insight into the demon and how the demon became connected to the family in this instalment. Most of the connections between the films appear forced, and there is an overall sense of incoherence. Nonetheless, if you like the first two films, this one could be exactly up your alley; if not, it's probably better to avoid it, as it doesn't add much to the formula.

Your usual Paranormal Activity movie including horror movies with child layer.

Not scary at all, maybe just a little bit toward the end, not funny enough, not interesting enough. These tricks just don't work anymore and they haven't found any better way to use them or improve them. The best word I can use to describe this movie is Mediocre. And this is where I think I shall end my journey into the Paranormal Activity franchise. 5.0/10.

Though it may be stretching for material, Paranormal Activity 3 delivers another terrifying installment of the series. Going back to the beginning, the story follows Katie and Kristi as children when they first encountered supernatural forces. Surprisingly, the found footage conceit is worked in in a rather clever way. And, the sets and costumes do an excellent job at creating an authentic ‘80s look and feel. Even in its third installment the series remains intense and suspenseful. Paranormal Activity 3 completes a brilliantly crafted story that has been full of terrors and thrills.

I found this one weaker than part one and two.
