:scroll: Plot: The film revolves around the story of an ordinary rickshaw driver in Bihar who aspires and dreams of providing a maximum possible quality education to his son by making arrangements for him to study at a private English medium school.

:man:‍⚖ Review : Pareeksha is a very humble and honest life story of a Poor Rikshaw Driver filled with deep emotional moments which are highly relatable. Director Prakash Jha focuses on the institutional and societal blocks which prevents equality in education and more importantly opportunity for children. A Simple And minimalist story presented with a good heart and intension.

Adil Hussain plays the rickshaw puller, Bucchi Paswan and Priyanka Bose has the wife Radhika. Adil Hussain though have been in the industry since 1980's I haven't had a chance to appreciate this amazing actor. He is excellent as the humble, generous and dedicated father expressing fear , having dreams and taking unprecedented measures to secure his son's future. Priyanka is beautifully convincing as the wife and has represented the emotional strength of a woman. Bulbul the son played by
Shubham is outstanding. Sanjay Suri has a very important role and he is a proven versatile actor.

Overall Pareeksha is beautifully narrated social commentary by National Award Winning Director Prakash Jha. Its High time to support such noteworthy storytelling instead of high budget craps of Bollywood.
