@beernbugs For many or most of them, English isn't their first language. Can you exercise perfect grammar in every one of their 24 distinct European languages? And that's just the major official languages of the EU, let's not forget the dozens of legitimate regional dialects.<br /> <br /> Then you have the fact that even English speakers don't all agree on how to conjugate verbs with the word "data". Depends on the journal you are trying to publish to, or the field of work you happen to be in. The "datas" "is" written on the wall, you've managed to not find the beach because of a grain of sand.
