I had never thought these types of of tests were good for use in the way they are used when reducing applications for job positions. However, if the people who are complaining about how bad these tests are in this documentary are good examples of the type of people being rejected, my mind is changed. If I was hiring somebody, I'd hate to have any of them waste my time interviewing them. They are the type of people who will never rest until they have found something 'problematic' about everything, and they will always interpret it as an institutionalised bias against them personally.

***How personality shapes our society.****

It makes me profoundly happy that this documentary could be backed by a large media company.

Nothing but the truth in this documentary.

It's a look at the shockingly pathological society we have become and the problems we will face if we continue to live as though jobs should only be awarded by merit in a bourgeois society.

Thanks very much. _(Peace for kyle's Family)_

My score 6/10.

An in-depth look at how the prominently used personality tests came into being & how the racist & classist biases of their inventor have impacted the tests themselves. It also addresses how personality tests are being misused in borderline illegal ways to screen applicants. This is a must-watch for anyone who is neurodivergent or who cares about ensuring that the job market is equitable to all people & that people aren't systematically rejected because of something that doesn't impact their ability to perform the tasks required in a position.
