An asteroid falls on Europe and brings about a new ice age for the Northern countries. The premise is interesting enough. The execution is poor. "The Day After Tomorrow" is similar enough, and much better.

Considering the age, the confused script, the poor quality of the special effects (even for a made for tv film) and the fact that this is no were near as interesting as the synopsis, I'd recommend just giving this one a miss.
