This film went through EVERY cliche in the book, but ended up being enjoyable nonetheless. Would have been better trimmed down a bit. The main character is where it fell flat.

Pride is one of the sincerest movies I watched lately. I laughed many times, cried in the final and I was angry at myself for hold off from watching this movie until this time.

Hefina: [laughing while holding a dildo in one hand and a gay magazine in the other] "Jesus God that takes me back!"

The performance from everyone was pretty good and nobody did a terrible performance. There were all good. The story in this was really interesting and I always like those kind of true stories movies where afterwards I can look up to see the real person and read more about them. I always look forward to that. The directing and the writing was all pretty good as well.

Overall rating: I'm glad that a movie like "Pride" exist. I may not felt super inspirited after the movie, but it doesn't mean you will. I say go watch this movie, it's pretty well done.

A beautiful film about how the world would work. People help other people, no matter age, gender, sexual preferences, color. And the best of this film is that is a true story, so that proves the humanity can do the things right. I love itt

This movie is a gem!

Great movie

A little paint-by-numbers, but it is still pretty good. Lots of solid laughs and a good emotional core. Very British.

It's so rare for a movie to be funny, touching, inspirational and informative without becoming too heavy-handed in any one direction. This movie did a masterful job at weaving many storylines and themes into one neat package. Beyond all of that... it was an absolute joy. At different points I laughed, I thought and I got a little mist in my eye. Is it cliched a bit? Sure, they had to touch on a lot of areas so I think that was bound to happen. I didn't mind as it never crossed over into being sappy.

While watching this film I couldn't help think of what is going on in the world in 2020. Similar struggles exist in the world today and we know exactly how they are going to end up but there continue to be the same kind of people that get in the way. If we work together and care for each other we can change hearts and minds - that's what this movie taught us.

This story's too good to be true???? but oh my god i'm so happy it is. The movie's not everything too incredible but the story for sure moved me to tears more than once. Absolutely magical stuff.

They took a very difficult subject and made it fucking fabulous.
