Year 2116—The Japanese government begins to export the Sibyl System unmanned drone robots to troubled countries, and the system spreads throughout the world. A state in the midst of a civil war, SEAUn (the South East Asia Union), brings in the Sibyl System as an experiment. Under the new system, the coastal town of Shambala Float achieves temporary peace and safety. But then SEAUn sends terrorists to Japan. They slip through the Sibyl System and then attack from within. The shadow of a certain man falls on this incident. In charge of the police, Tsunemori travels to Shambala Float to investigate. The truth of justice on this new ground will become clear.

beklediğime ve heycanlandığıma değen bir film olmuş. ilk sezondaki felsefik alt yapısına yakın duruşu çok hoşuma gitti. kougamiyi tekrar görmek mükemmeldi. makishima'ya selam çakılması olmazsa olmazdı zaten. yine felsefi yaklaşımlar, yine sistem eleştirisi, yine insanlara devlet, suç, adalet gibi konularda tekrar düşünmeye itecek replikler... ve o en sonundaki 40 saniye var ya... aslında nasıl da her şeyin özeti... türk insanının alışık olduğu o sahneyi izleyince içim acımadı desem yalan söylemiş olurum. keşke seri bir şekilde devam etse. ya da bir film daha gelse, ah keşke gelse....

It's a good continuation of the series. How the world works and more gets explained properly, which is nice. It's action packed and in all works pretty well as a standalone movie.

There was an Interview with Tow Ubukata on ANN a while back where he talked about the limitations he had when working on Psycho-Pass 2 given that it was squeezed in front of the movie... as it turns out that isn't a good excuse as to why it was so lackluster then the movie works really well as a More
