The best I can give this is a "Meh" (5) rating but that's because I'm not a bodybuilder and the sport doesn't hold any interest whatsoever for me. I stumbled across this after viewing some recent documentaries/competitions among the "World's Strongest Men" and that kind of piqued my curiousity about the bodybuilding competitions in general. After watching this, though, it became clear to me that this isn't my field of interest. I did manage to finish watching this one but I can't objectively give it an accurate rating; it just wasn't that interesting to me, although I will say it revealed a side of Arnold Schwarzneggar that most people probably aren't aware of. (Not a good thing, either...) I suppose all is fair in love and war...and men's bodybuilding competition, but it becomes incredibly clear that this is nothing more than incredibly inflated egos that have no confidence whatsoever outside of the size of their body mass. For those who may be wondering, don't be sucked in by the hype: this film is **NOT** about _"No matter what your dream is, pursue it and you can achieve it."_ This is about a simple bodybuilding competition - and ONLY one competition - that included Lou Ferrigno and Arnold Schwarzneggar. It's a very crudely made, very basic film with no bells and whistles, and not very interesting at all.
