Waging his one-man war on the world of organized crime, ruthless vigilante-hero Frank Castle sets his sights on overeager mob boss Billy Russoti. After Russoti is left horribly disfigured by Castle, he sets out for vengeance under his new alias: Jigsaw. With the "Punisher Task Force" hot on his trail and the FBI unable to take Jigsaw in, Frank must stand up to the formidable army that Jigsaw has recruited before more of his evil deeds go unpunished.

Weakest Frank Castle casting of all time, even weaker it was considered a sequel. Thankfully this didn't leave a stain and everyone just forgot about this film. If you want more Thomas Jane look up "Punisher: Dirty Laundry" a short fan film which puts this movie to shame.

Is it a B-movie? Yes, because it's what I wanted it to B. Violence, fights, guns and more violence to a rock soundtrack is all l wanted and is all I got. PS John Cena is more talented than y'all give him credit for.

Punisher: War Zone is an exploitation film full of gratuitous violence that never lets up. And, this wouldn’t be a bad thing if it weren’t so poorly executed. However, this reboot fails on every level to develop interesting characters, an engaging plot, and exciting action. A complete misfire, the gratuity of Punisher: War Zone overwhelms the audience to such a degree that it quickly causes one to lose interest.

To be fair, Punisher: War Zone is the most accurate representation of the comic we've had to date. The gore, extreme violence, and borderline sadism is very much a part of the comic. Ray Stevenson is spot on as Frank Castle. Dominic West is not so good as Jigsaw but at least his gang is more compete More
