Firstly, I found Agnes a bit annoying and overpowering. Maybe she was meant to be in a way. She's a handful.
I thought the movie was well acted and looked nice, but I couldn't get into the story as I'd liked (at first). The pace was very slow and I didn't feel any big atmosphere within that time. Just a moody kid with issues and some fairly predictive plot progression. There were some solid characters that suited the story well, but I felt I could have seen more sides of them sometimes.
The second half was a lot better. The characters developed faster and they reacted well. The plot was more interesting. I sensed an atmosphere. Some of the camerawork at the end was amazing. The ending was great.
To be honest i couldn't get involved in it for a long time at the start and that effected it as a whole. Myne it just wasn't fully to my taste. I'd recommend it.

What a movie! Amazing performances, cinematography and score. Genius symbolism use. Way ahead of its time.
