U.S. federal agent Leon S. Kennedy sneaks into the "East Slavic Republic" to verify rumors that Bio-Organic Weapons (BOWs) are being used in the country's civil war, which the U.S. and Russia are making preparations to jointly intervene in. Right after his infiltration, the U.S. government orders him to leave immediately. Determined to uncover the truth, Leon ignores the order and enters the battlefield to end the chain of tragedies caused by the BOWs.

P.U. This was a stinker. Far too long for the narrative it presented. The CG looked like it was simply played on the PS2. I have enjoyed the bastardization of the RE franchise by the live action movies even with some of the characters subpar acting abilities but, this one just didn't offer anything redeeming to latch on to. It's unfortunate.

>"Women" Resident Evil just can't catch a break with their movies. Live actions stink, and the animated ones have some good moments but aren't great either. The third act is pretty entertaining but it is a rough ride until you get there.
