A city girl goes to the country and meets a special horse and a young cowboy who teaches her to barrel race, while her mother reconnects with a local rancher she was in love with 20 years earlier.

When Karen and her daughter Juliet must return to the ranch where Karen grew up, neither one of them is happy to leave the city. But on arrival, Karen finds that she may not own all of the land that her father let her. Someone else also has a stake in it — her ex-fiancé.

As Juliet walks around the ranch trying to find cell phone reception or Wi-Fi, she meets her grandfather’s horse Rodeo. Over the years, she has had riding lessons in the city but never anything like what she decides to take on: barrel racing. This may be the thing that saves the ranch and keeps her mom from selling Rodeo. Some friends help Juliet and Rodeo with their project. One of those friends is Monty, who just happens to be Karen’s ex and Hue’s nephew.
“Rodeo and Juliet” is a story about relationships that can mend over the years and teaches the lesson that sometimes love never fades away.
