This is like "as I say not as I do!", Trying to give a message about deplorable conditions on animal raising when they've used real animals to make this movie, sorry but it's 2020, the use of real animals it's unacceptable.

My expectations wasn't exactly high going in to this, but come on!

Hulu, you had me at "Megan Fox plays a battle-hardened mercenary".
Not since Tara Reid was cast as a nuclear physicist in "Alone In the Dark" was such a paradoxical role been given to an attractive, petite woman.

This movie is CONFUSED.

So what is this movie's point? Bringing light to the problems of: Sex trafficking? Lion farming? Children soldiers? Islamic extremism? Undermining women in combat? Questioning women in command? Backstreet Boys' biggest hit?
[spoiler]This film gets preachy about all of these things. In the middle of a firefight, with civilians hiding in sheds, a murderess lioness prowling around, surrounded by radicals, without any ammunition, Fox's character gives a former child soldier the time to take revenge on the man who killed his family -- slowly, graphically, and with lots of time for exposition.[/spoiler]


Is the movie Anaconda? Predator? Lake Placid? Deep Blue Sea?


Who cares. Megan Fox needs to find a movie like Basic Instinct to resurrect her career. A femme fatale using sex as a weapon? I buy her doing that hands down. Battle-hardened mercenary? Not so much. She doesn't pull it off, but luckily she doesn't drag it down either.

If they just [spoiler] cleared out the camp they would have won the game in the first 5 minutes[/spoiler].

Terrible. The first 30 minutes is an incomprehensible mash of barely understood "dialogue", gunfire, and teenage girls screaming. It doesn't get much better.
And I see someone has already made the stormtrooper comparison.

Surprisingly not awful though it isn't great either. The director has flair and the action is okayish, but it's the dialogue that goes rogue with its cheesiness and banality.

Going in, I thought this was simply an action military thriller. Well, its not and I kind of wish it was. The "other element" is campy and not handled all that well. Not worth your time or effort to see. And that effort is reaching for the remote and pressing play. Still too much effort.

I would rate -5 if i could. Stupid & wasted lot of my time watching this.

The movie is just horrible. Neither the acting nor the story was worth making this trash. Megan fox isn’t some academy award worthy actress yet, but this was some new low even for her. The actors had no idea how a marine acts on a mission. There are moments when there a full fledge gun fight is happening, yet at key moments, when actors want to play their role, it is dead drop silence. I just hope the actors and the director don’t get another movie to waste an audience’s time. The hypocrisy is in the end info of the movie, where director mentions about how the lions are treated, yet used two real Cubs who definitely are trained. And when there is animal training, it never happens without cruelty.

It's a very bad movie, probably as bad as The Tax Collector.
It's sad to see real animals in some movies in 2020, the special effects seem to be from old movies, those old movies (like alien 1etc.) That were good movies.
The only animal that didn't seem real to me was that lioness.
The action isn't so good either, it's a very poorly played movie and it's very boring.
The story is a normal one, which means it's a story like in other movies.
This movie is a waste of time, I was always watching in time to see how long this movie cliché lasts.

That cgi.... Must be the worst I have ever seen.
