When the cesspool of “reviewers” that call rotten tomatoes their home has their panties in a bunch over a movie, you just know it’s worth a watch.

“Reviewers” (propagandists) giving this movie a 0 while acknowledging it’s well made, but they find the message/content distasteful

Movie reviewing has been dead for a long time, but seeing the outrage mob go nuts will never get old.

@brilpoetsdoekje So is this actually a 10/10 movie or are you just trying to make a point here (in which case how is that any better than people who gave it a 0/10 on RT)? The concept looks intriguing but the from what I saw when it premiered the acting was not great, especially from the supporting characters.

@mrnewell When PAID reviewers are fine with giving a movie 0/10 because of politics, why would it be an issue to give it a 10 to counter out their BS? Unlike them, I don’t get paid to review movies, I’m not expected to be fair with my rating; Those “critics” are, yet they shamelessly put their bias on display.

Consider this a “levelling” of the playing field. People who check both RT and trakt will have to make up their own mind (as it should be), which counters the efforts of paid reviewers to sabotage this movie. Make no mistake, that’s the whole purpose of these 0/10 reviews.

Since these scores have nothing to do with honest reviewing anymore, I can play that game too. What does that even mean, 0/10? Did they get a version that was filmed with a flip phone and had hard coded Russian subtitles that covered half the screen? No. A 0 means: “I didn’t care about being objective, F this movie despite all it’s redeemable qualities” (of which there are plenty, which DO get address in their reviews, yet they can’t be bothered to give a fair score, so neither can I)

@brilpoetsdoekje But the critics from Rotten Tomatoes aren't the people reviewing movies on Trakt. And even on Rotten Tomatoes, the audience score is separate from the critic score (currently 93% to 25%). So I don't really see why you need to turn Trakt reviews into politicized garbage; you're not "competing" with anyone. There are no critics on Trakt. But hey, you don't tell me how to do my ratings so I guess you just do your things and the reviews from everyone else should balance things out.

@mrnewell hahaha ok dude, cry harder. I don’t know wtf your deal is but it’s hilarious nonetheless

Now please gtfo my inbox if you don’t have anything of value to contrib. Indeed, I don’t tell you how to do your ratings, maybe you should consider doing the same.
