Running Out of Time may not be pinnacle Johnnie To, but is sure as hell ain't no dud either. Great cinematography, excellent acting, with a compelling story. What more do you need?!? Especially when Eureka decided it was worthy of their Masters of Cinema sub label along with the sequel.
