Watched this because it was on ITV and I actually really enjoyed it, I'm not into action films normally, however this was quite comedic and I do quite like Jackie Chan.

The buddy cop film _Rush Hour_ is an exciting action/comedy from Brett Ratner. Chris Tucker and Jackie Chan star as a pair of unorthodox detectives who are put on a task force to help the Chinese consulate in L.A. recover his kidnapped daughter. Chan delivers his usual dynamic martial arts style that’s full of flare and energy, and Tucker brings a lot of lively comedy. Still, things get a little too cartoonish at times and the plot’s fairly predictable. While it’s hardly original, _Rush Hour_ is good, lighthearted fun.

OK, heavy bias here, but I'm just going to come out and say that Chan and Tucker should have stopped after this one. Rush Hour was funny, Rush Hour 2 and especially 3 where horrible.

A Jackie's Chan movie. Expect a mix between action and comedy, add Chris's Carter character, and you'll have a movie that you'll always laugh at no matter how many times you have seen it before.

The whole three parts of it are worth watching.
