I thought less segments meant fewer better ones but I was wrong. The first movie cleverly mocked overused tropes and referenced existing movies while mixing them with new creative ideas. This one felt like a bunch of recycled ideas from the first mixed with a few rip-offs from classics and not many new ideas incorporated in. The limited screen time of Rad Chad is felt and it takes away a lot of the comedy and magic, the scenes he's in are the best. It started strong with a great intro, loved the music throughout and the effects and gore looked pretty retro once again. The return of the green goo was a nice touch. I enjoyed the direct sequel to *The Night He Came Back Again! Part IV: The Final Kill* and I hope we get one every entry... which sure looks like we will get another movie based on the ending.

Surprisingly enjoyable compared to the first film. Just like everyone else, I didn't really care about the first one. This sequel however, is pure trashy fun and I love it. This film is chocked full of horror references but the filmmakers somehow make this film work unlike the first one, resulting in a super fun, hilarious, and bloody anthology horror. Some segments work better than others as expected but as a whole they're all entertaining and I thought the wraparound segment was fantastic. Perhaps, the self-aware meta stuff can be a bit too much for some. I don't want to be that guy but I think it all depends on your horror knowledge to really enjoy this.
