Having heard great things and seeing the rating on here, I had high expectations. It was mediocre at best and extremely predictable.

I remember seeing this when it first came out, it was unique, it was groundbreaking, it was well directed and well acted. Today it seems almost predictable, this does not make it a bad movie, just makes you realize how many other movies copied something from this one.

Superb horror thriller with a great cast!

Pretty good and suspenseful movie, definately worth a watch.

Though I knew what was going to to be in the box (as many have stated they did too), I was still on the edge of my seat the entire time. Insane movie.

I found this on a list of great endings, and this list was absolutely right. There were some points where I felt as if the movie was slow but that immediately changed the next second. The plot twists throw you into another world of suspense and the ending left me feeling many, many emotions.

Simply magnificent film! The plot and its unveiling absolutely wonderful. Great acting.....just watch it you won't regret it.

This feels so dirty and gross. All the murders are disgusting. Very well directed by Fincher. Great performances by Brad Pitt and Morgan Freeman.

One of the most incredible movies I've had the honor of watching! Seven is the best film of this great director David Fincher, a Modern Classic and now contemporary, since it is 1995. Terrific direction and wonderful performances by Brad Pitt, Morgan Freeman, but especially Kevin Spacey, who had not won by Suspects , I would have won for this, it was a wonderful year for a world cinema legend. Incredible script and its development is to impress, Dark and Tenebrante photography, incredible soundtrack or a work of art. Not to give to understand how this film only competed to 1 oscar (Assembly) Absurd ..... would have been indicated in the minimum in 12 categories easy easy, being by Film, direction, actor (Freeman and Pitt) Supporting Actor (Spacey), actress, supporting actress (Patrow), script, photography, art direction, montage, sound mix, sound effects, these 5 easy would gain, but ..... Seven - The 7 capital crimes is one of the best films of all time and a milestone of police cinema.
