Can anyone explain what role that dude with black hair & beard, who brought the flowers to the hospital, was supposed to play on the whole story??

What a loose end in this terrible movie.

@swizzinex Exactly. Felt like he was just filler! Maybe the writers thought he'd throw viewers off base.

@swizzinex I'm partway through at the moment - just watched the husband kill him - and he was one of the witnesses. Just before the hospital scene, we saw him at the police station waiting to give his statement.

Did you know, that picking something up with your foot is surprisingly easy?
What? No, there's no particular reason for me mentioning this.

Overly dramatic movie, the trailer tells the whole story already and of course it has a "happy end".
The amnesia thing is way too convenient for the premise, waaaay too convenient.
Predictable in every way, shallow characters, nothing is explored whatsoever.
The past of the couple? Only a few hints at best.
Did she ever get her memories back? No-one involved cared about that tiny thing.
She's going to San Jose? What significance does that place have? Never explored.
Her family is dead, we do not know about any friends at all. Her husband was killed.
She's all alone and most likely incredibly traumatized but going to San Jose after 3 months.
Well, okay then.

This movie is uninspired all around. From writing, through acting, to directing/production.
A filler movie for a timeslot not even hiding it, nothing more.
Oh, we fulfilled our runtime requirement, let's wrap it up with killing the perp and skip 3 months ahead for a closing scene.
Cut.

What do you mean, it doesn't make sense?

This is a waste of time.
Very predictable, the "happy" ending is meh, and blah blah.
It is only necessary to see the trailer, which tells you almost everything. There are no great revelations.
The rest is stuffing.

This story had potential but it was lost along the way.
First off, this plot reminded me of the romcom with Sandra Bullock with a similair plot. So Jennifer wakes up and finds herself to be married to very attractive psychopath. Obviously things get out of control fast enough.
Mike Vogel was (as always) a delight to watch, he portrayed the crazy obsessed Russell quite well. Brenda Song, not so much, sorry. Her expressions are too comical. She would have been a great fit if this was indeed a romcom. Her performance made this movie feel like I was watching a parody of the movie and my God whoever thought of that end scene... that ruined the entire plot in itself.
so you have just gone through hell, parents murdered by this crazy obsessed guy, doting husband murdered by the same guy and you receive a letter of your dead husband, read it and drive off into the 'sunset' half smiling, all's well that ends well. That is ridiculous. I'd imagine you'd be reading that letter bawling your eyes out.
So, potential wasted.

Watched it for Brenda Song and for Brenda song ONLY.
A bit cliché but as long as you're okay with that it's pretty alright.

the movie sucked from about halfway through. if not for the actors themselves, it would've been a zero to 2. only gave it a 3 because if the actors.

no way a smart woman would've not pretended as long as possible to figure a way out of it. no way the detective knowing what he did wouldn't have brought backup. no way she wouldn't have just hidden in the woods trying to avoid the perp. first half was good. movie was a disappointment after that.

I didn't really enjoy this movie. I actually gave it a chance but I didn't like how Brenda Song acted in this movie. It wasn't thrilling at all.
