Hiding out with his son Taylor on the Mexican coast, Nero hopes to put his violent Special Forces career behind him. But after Nero’s home is attacked and Taylor is abducted, the mysterious Mzamo orders Nero to slaughter the members of three rival crime syndicates. If he fails, Taylor will die. Now, with bullets flying and bodies dropping as Nero completes his mission, he races to find Mzamo’s hideout and seek revenge.

Before mentioning the film, Scott Adkina is a breed apart in today's film world. A throwback to the Bruce Lee genealogy. The lineage of Van Damme runs strong in his work. A genuine martial artist and a tremendous action star. Not a great actor by any stretch but serviceable. In the fight scenes he's second to none in today's world. Now for the film. Generic plot, generic script, not enough development in any area, wooden acting all round, cheap cinematography. But the fights and shooting are pretty good. Not his best work but at a short 80 minutes, it's decent action. 5/10

Passable, if not also forgettable, action-thriller with Scott Adkins holding his own and some of the stunt work wasn't half-bad. Wasn't fully buying Mario Van Peebles as the head of a drug cartel or his fake Spanish accent. Likely I won't remember this a day from now but being only 80-minutes, not a More
