So sad Debbie Reynolds passed away today, bother gene Kelly and Debbie Reynolds can be dancing in heaven now..both amazing actors... Will both be sadly mised

Whether you like musicals or not, Singin' in the Rain is a musical classic that should be enjoyed by everyone

+ Superb performance and chemistry between the cast (Gene Kelly, Donald O'Connor, Debbie Reynolds, and Jean Hagen)
+ Music and score are pure ear candy
+ Brings forward the idea of when Hollywood was transitioning from Silent Movies to Talkies
+ Considered by many as the best Hollywood musical of all time
+ Comedy also adds to the magic of the screenplay. (The microphone scene is priceless)

Best Movie Quote:

A wonderfully fun and happy musical. The dance numbers are great and the music is catchy. Makes me want to go on a musical binge and rewatch La La Land.

The title alone will have you humming the song.

Saw this at ace hotel theater, front row balc. Good even with crazies surrounding me. Lady to my right was taking her phone out to take pictures of the screen!!! What the hell?!

La primera parte de la película me pareció estupenda, ¡la amé! La música, el baile, la historia, las actuaciones, ¡todo fue perfecto! Sin embargo, la segunda mitad no me agradó tanto, el cómo llevaron la historia a desenlace no me fascinó. Pero, de manera general, me pareció una muy buena película: la primera mitad es tan gloriosa que eleva varios puntos la segunda mitad sólo por ser parte de la misma cinta. ¡Y qué manera de bailar!, he de decir.

This trio was undoubtedly top-notch! So glad I watched it, and the music numbers were just incredible. The best part had to be the end at the theater premiere!
