Studio Ghibli are the masters of animation. it is eye candy and you loose yourself in the story every film is a work of art.

Omg! I didn't expect that this anime movie is so beautiful! What a master piece. I'm so glad of what everyone and everything was done on this. The story! The characters! The animation! Kamzamida!

I don't, for the life of me, understand the praise. It was just bizarre, convoluted, and inappropriate for the rating. A slow, oscillating storylibe that just couldn't be followed I any fashion. A glute of discusting, violent creatures abound. And the main character is utterly unlikable. Some nicely animated scenes kept me barely hanging on. Don't waste your time.

As if the visual aspect wasn't good enough, the movie is also a pleasure for our ears and has what I consider the best track of my heavily worshipped Joe Hisaishi, one of the best (if not the best) film composers I have ever heard. Spirited Away is exceptionally good at that aspect; I'd say More

One of the great "masters" of the anime art. Somehow, if I would personally associate "Akira" to "self-destruction", then this anime would be the opposite :)
