Painful to watch, dialog is dodgy and you have to suspend realty too many times after he and the bad guys continue to leap off buildings and land 40 feet below on their feet. I'm gonna save you 2 hours here... The good guys are really the bad guys and the bad guys are also baddies. Everyone that should die by the end does. One thing of note. This was filmed in 1999\2000, and the bad guys are trying to do EXACTLY what is happening in the world today - 2021. 3/10

Well, not bad but neither a great movie. The plot just doesn't get me hooked, otherwise a solid action flick, but that's it...
