This film wasn’t anything special but it was really fun, I want a third one, for no particular reason, I just want another one.

don't take it too seriously - it's all in good fun (especially for fans of the original from 2017) with some excellent splatter

I’m shocked as to how often I laughed out loud while watching this movie. If you seriously lower your expectations and shrug off the somewhat cringe dialogue and occasional stupid lines, you’ll enjoy it. I was also really high when I watched it so that may have played into it.

you know when the sequel is better than the original... this is not the case. the movie is fun to watch but has more of the the bad things and less of the good things that made de first movie a fun experience.

oh... the trailer on netflix totally spoiled a major plot point. do NOT watch the trailer.

@brunoliv For real, I saw the trailer on Netflix because Netflix sucks and is an auto-play minefield and it spoiled the first movie within 5 seconds. It didn't matter as I didn't care about having any expectations and after I saw it had an OK rating here I watched and liked both.

The first movie was tolerable. This one is intolerable. All style but no substance; it needed somebody to take better care of the script.

Feels like it was written by an old man trying to be hip with the kids, where the dialogue makes me think he really likes to fantasize about underage children having sex. Relies too much on the (much better) prequel and can't stand on its own. The entire soundtrack is something you'd find on a Gen X's mixtape. Insert "how do you do fellow kids" meme for the entire runtime.

-145266\10 I've never seen a movie so bad like this one. I loved the first and think about this one makes my eyes hurt and cry blood. I wish never ever saw this movie if it was possible, it was horrible.

This was bad and not in a so bad it's good sort of way. The girl who plays Melanie is just awful. I couldn't figure out what was worse, watching her or listening to her. Both lack any sort of emotion or talent.

The story itself had possibilities, especially when you throw in the Phoebe twist but the execution was garbage. The random cut scenes were stupid and added nothing to the story. The whole thing was just a mess. I definitely would not recommend anyone waste time on it.

A very comfortable watching experience. This truly topped all my expectations, and I actually think it also outdid its predecessor. Funny, crazy and easily entertaining splatter comedy. Loved it!

It's so shitty and unbelievable that it's actually hilarious. They're very aware of the craziness so that helps their case. I'd say it's better than the first one actually. Especially liked the throwback parts and references. There's actually some very quotable parts as well.

So yeah, if you're in the mood for a very !graphic! funny horror movie for when you want to watch something 'scary' but not be traumatized as much afterwards, I'd say: give it a try.

I don’t think it quite measured up to its predecessor, but it was nevertheless great fun. I especially liked the throwbacks and references to the first movie.
The main characters really grew up since the first movie and I had to check they were actually still the same actors
All in all, an enjoyable movie.

So good sequence.
It’s fun. It doesn’t pretend to have some very deep plot. It is basic. That is why it is relaxing watching it. And those kids act great.

An unnecessary and forced sequel, The Babysitter: Killer Queen is entertaining but a big step down from the original. Cole once again finds himself the object of a cult’s attempt to complete a satanic pack and his former foes are raised from the dead to help them. Coming from the “bigger is better” school of directing, McG ramps up the action and gore – creating a mess. And the plot is packed with needless backstories and makes some truly terrible character choices. Still, some of the comedy works, including a few clever callbacks to the first film, and a couple of the kills are kind of fun. The Babysitter: Killer Queen desperately tries to recreate the magic of the original, and fails.

This is not Terminator 2, not every sequel is successful.

Every bit as funny as the first one. But Robbie steals the show once again. He is so much fun.

Amusing sequel with the same over the top horror mixed with humor. Horror comedy is a genre well done for Netflix though this movie was kind of unnecessary for me. As a stand alone film The Babysitter was really enjoyable, this felt a bit forced. Still, the characters and the humor in this movie were good so it is a nice movie to watch when there is nothing else on.

This is a decent follow up to the first movie (The Babysitter 2017). I feel the first movie is slightly better tho. I was surprised to see Jenna Ortega show up in this movie - it was fun to see her attack a more adult role compared to her regular Disney roles.

If you can get over the somewhat cringe dialogue and the major plot holes and continuity errors, its an enjoyable watch. I loved the first one, it was a very heavy guilty pleasure movie id just watch with some friends, second one feels like a retelling of the first with a few extra scenes. Some of the comedic timing is spot on whereas a lot of the time it's very generic and not funny. Worth a watch regardless of these issues though. Not gonna spoil the major twist but wow did I hate that.
