The BFG
The BFG is no ordinary bone-crunching giant. He is far too nice and jumbly. It's lucky for Sophie that he is. Had she been carried off in the middle of the night by the Bloodbottler, or any of the other giants—rather than the BFG—she would have soon become breakfast. When Sophie hears that the giants are flush-bunking off to England to swollomp a few nice little chiddlers, she decides she must stop them once and for all. And the BFG is going to help her!

There is something otherworldly magical about this film, and it’s not just the giants from another world. I would say Spielberg knows a lot about making endearing films with childhood innocence, and this would no doubt be added to the mix, but there’s more. This movie captures a believable magic More

This wonderful film tells the story of a girl called Sophie and her great friend who goes by the name of the Big Friendly Giant. Together they are out on an adventure which involves catching and bringing dreams, but most of all, making Giant Country safe and friendly again.
