Like the ghost of a pretzel clock: this looked good but the innumerable WTFs, the predictable twists and the ridiculous time lines made this ghost story pale in comparison to other Asian horror.

Not sure about this one. There are some issues with the execution as the idea could make for a good horror movie. Perhaps the makeup of what is depicted as "ghosts" is not really convincing, up to the point that for example the "ghost" in a scene moved and looked like a zombie instead. Missed opportunity.

Better than expected, but still not necessarily good. Bit disappointing in payoff for the substantial scares. Plot was kind of interesting though, even if it isn't deep.

The movie does so many things right, but fails in the immersion of found footage by having cinema shots spliced in with the handheld footage. Without that I may have given it a higher score, but as it is it's not a proper found footage film. It does introduce some originality with its curse and how More
