Laura, 25, is an actress in a L.A.R.P. (Live Action Role Playing) Game, where the participants play the survivors of an atomic war who live underground in a sealed bunker. After several mysterious accidents, the game is interrupted and the players leave the bunker while the staff remain behind to investigate the disappearance of Greg, the mastermind of the game. They soon find themselves trapped inside and in peril as they begin to die in mysterious ways and the group realizes that someone or something paranormal is playing a twisted game with them which quickly plunges into a terrifying fight for survival.

Shudder’s latest exclusive _The Bunker Game_ is probably the most bland, boring and utterly nonsensical horror film to come out this year. That's too bad because it has a solid sense of visual style, pretty exceptional camerawork, and great score, unfortunately I had zero investment in the story. The plot is unbelievably stupid and unrealistic in the first place. You start the film thinking it's going to be an entertaining nonsense but after a while it becomes a boring, far too long, nonsense. There's a little to no thrilling moments in what is supposed to be a mystery thriller and the characters are super generic. All the style and no substance.
