Some bloke without sufficient imagination to write a whole book decides to write a series of unrelated anecdotes and then some other bloke decides to make a movie of it. As someone who likes story driven films, actors who can act and unforeseeable twists, the good vibes this film generates at moments were not enough the keep me from being disappointed. _The Extraordinary Journey of the Fakir_ has its heart in the right place but not much else.
