The so called "comedy" is atrocious in this film.

I watched this because Sharon Tate was in it. But that alone didnt keep my interest for too long.

Between the comedy and terror in this peculiar vision of Dracula.

Painful to sit through, which I have yet to fully accomplish. Polanski's screeches.... ugh.
Stylistically its gritty and they definitely put a lot of work into the set, but there isnt anything else redeeming about this. I dont understand the high rating.

Saw this at the ArcLight tonight. Boy was this a rough watch. Its running time was 1hr 48min but lemme say it felt like it was at least 4 hours long. Unbearably unfunny, so much so that you end up hating/pitying most of the cast for accepting parts in this. Roman Polanski was awful just awful and unfunny. We could trim 20 minutes by cutting some of his "scared" mugging. Ughhhhhhh.

Frustrating watch but it was a joy to see one Sharon Tate's few movies. Shame she's not in it as much as she should be. Total babe, charasmatic, great presence. I think it's great that QT used her real movie footage in OUAT..., It's sparked an interest in her movies and talent and not just stuff about the tragedy.

As much as I hate this one, I would definitely watch another Sharon Tate film. I will NEVER watch another Roman Polanski "comedy" tho. Neverrrrrr

It has some good laughs but it's a kind of humor not everyone is open for. I liked this a lot more as a child. I had no recollection of Sharon Tate being in it so this makes it a bit more interesting to watch because of the history.
