I have an apology to make. One could argue that I wasn’t very nice to the Meg in my review. However, this ‘movie’ made The Meg look like Citizen fucking Kane. Comedies are somewhat easy to judge, i.e. by whether they make us laugh. Let me tell you one thing: unfunny, infantile and krass jokes don’t suddenly become funny, just because you’re using fucking puppets. Look, it’s really simple: If you’re a 14 year old dude who just figured out the multiple utilities of his c*ck, watch this movie. If not, you’ll have more fun watching Sesame Street for 90 minutes. Oh yeah, how can you waste Jeff from Community like that?

Very funny and silly, i know that nobody likes this movie i can not help it. I don’t know why, maybe i seen it when i had breakfast. And i loved the muppets when i was a kid, maybe i still am a kid.

Based on some reviews I wasn't sure what to expect, but Happytime Murders was actually much better than I thought it would be! The humor was on point and Melissa McCarthy was fantastic! You would never know she was working with a puppet partner if it weren't for him being, well, a puppet!

I honestly don't think I've ever loved a Melissa McCarthy led comedy, but I did dare to dream when it came to an R-rated Muppets movie. But when _The Happytime Murders_ came to tread on my dreams, it did not tread softly.

Puppet stories. Why do they have to be over the top? But I get it, it's not the puppets, it's the humans.

Pretty much standard plots, standard characters combined; but that's kind of the point. The same thing, but more gross - and more honest.
