This kinda felt like two different movies in two parts. And I thought the first movie was super interesting and really unconventional. And then the first movie is over very quickly and the second movie isn't quite as interesting and quite a bit more conventional. If they combined the two different arcs into something that overlapped more I may have found it a bit more satisfying. But this is still very unique all around!

Creeped me out pretty bad toward the end so good enough in that area, but overall it felt pretty messy and I probably won't come back to it. If you're only watching it for David Bowie (like I did), it's probably worth it.

If I were a fan of style over substance, I'd love this - the lighting is amazing, and the camera work is fabulous - trouble is I'm not and I didn't. I was ju More

I have to admit that although I've had the DVD forever, simply based on the laurels of the beauty/acting accomplishments of David Bowie and Catherine Deneuve, and that nothing I had ever watched by Tony Scott, with the exception of 'Crimson Tide', really gripped me as being cinephilically exceptiona More
